Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids last month. This is the second year that Midland Air has participated in this remarkable event that gives all the proceeds to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit funding research into childhood brain tumors. The donations fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts raised $1000 for this incredible cause and the nationwide event has raised $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been volunteering for the event since 2014 and her father’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids each year.
“My dad’s riding group participates every year because they can have a blast and ride motorcycles, all for an amazing cause.” Check out Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The generous motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t exactly a motorcycle group. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air adores being involved in their community and participating in wonderful events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To find out more about how you can get involved and help the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, click on their site.
